Support
Creative Circle is a mere “technology
Integrator”. In addition to the systems, it
also offers to its customers a complete
range of services helping them in
exploitation, maintenance, and evolution of
the delivered products.
Creative Circle strategy is thus to combine
a first Level contract for all immediate local actions, with a second Level
contract for solving complicated issues and implement evolutions.
Phone and e-mail assistance and support
• Preventive maintenance (pre-planned visits on site)
• Pre-negotiated prices for complementary software hardware and services
Creative Circle commitment for analyzing new customer requests
• Training sessions can be added to offer best services to the customer
Maintenance contract level 1:
Any actions, requiring local technical team (faulty devices
replacement, assistance, configuration) and short terms intervention
Maintenance contract level 2:
Creative Circle provides a complete System support and maintenance
contract’ which is co-signed between Creative Circle and the final customer.
This contract starts at the project acceptance, and acts as a complementary
set of services with a level 1 contract.
Training
We offer some various multi-level trainings:
Product trainings: Specific trainings, product oriented that take place on
customer's site. These sessions are mainly dedicated to our distributors,
partners and customers. Each session is a combination of formal courses and
practical activities.
Technological trainings: High level technology training . Can be delivered
in our premises or on customer's plant. Content can be either on demand for
specific requests or from our catalog.
